RESULTS: Ginger Tea

Ginger probably isn’t supposed to be grey, is it? Well, mine had nice little pockets of furry white mold, some grey bruises, and wilted ends that looked like a 55 year old German grandma (that appears 85) who had spent way too much time at the nude beach without any sunblock. (Yes I’ve seen a few too many of such women in my life time.) Anyways, once I washed off the mold and cut away the skin, the ginger was a faded yellow in parts and a yellowish grey in others. I figure since its ginger it should be ok. Not sure why, but I figure since ginger is so good for you it must be pretty hardy and mold must only enhance its potent powers.

Bottoms up, I’m drinking away… why does it smell like potatoes and not ginger? Hmmm… I should try this again later when I have better ginger.

Not bad, but not as strong as other ginger teas I’ve had.

Easy directions, easy to do.

Cheers! Gambe/Gan Bei! Salud! Prost! Salut! Sherefe! Iechyd da!
